Jerry Seiner Las Vegas is seeking a full-time Mazda Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey with an exceptional, personalized experience. Onsite role in a fast-paced showroom representing Mazda, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training.

New participants can join the Mentor/Mentee Program and receive a guaranteed $3,500 per month for the first three months while they learn and grow. Strong team environment and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot.
• Learn customer needs and recommend the best vehicle solutions.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process.
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools.
