Job summary

B&B Manufacturing, now part of Solve Industrial Motion Group, is seeking a CNC Programmer to program, set up, operate and troubleshoot CNC machines with FANUC controls. You will produce precision components meeting engineering specs, quality standards, and production schedules.

Responsibilities include setup, operating multiple machines, interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, and validating dimensions with precision measurement devices.

Qualifications

• Requires proficiency in CNC operations and FANUC controls.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with G and M codes and multi-machine setups.
• Strong measurement and shop math skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts on schedule.
• Program machines to meet part specifications using FANUC controls.
• Read blueprints and translate into efficient machining processes.
• Maintain tooling and fixtures, and validate dimensions.
• Check parts with micrometers and gauges to ensure conformance.
• Troubleshoot and adjust processes to meet quality standards.
• Work with multiple machines and maintain clean, organized work area.
