Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IBM Maximo Technical Lead to drive Maximo capabilities for the BEP MES environment. You will lead configuration, customization, integration, asset management, and maintenance processes while coordinating with MES, ERP, data, and cybersecurity teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership across BEP facilities, with a hybrid work model in Washington, DC and periodic travel to Fort Worth, TX as needed, to ensure operation continuity and reliability.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
Degree and years of professional experience aligned with qualification ladder.
Strong hands-on Maximo experience in production environments.
Experience in Maximo integrations and data management.
Experience with SAFe/Agile delivery and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead Maximo technical and functional activities across asset management and work management.
Configure and customize Maximo applications, workflows, and reports.
Analyze and resolve Maximo issues; coordinate Tier 2/3 troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain integrations between Maximo and MES/ERP systems.
Support asset hierarchy, maintenance strategies, and data quality activities.
Support dashboards, metrics, and analytics for uptime and reliability.
Participate in requirements, design, testing, UAT, and deployments.
Work within SAFe delivery; participate in program increments and releases.
Coordinate Maximo dependencies with MES, Oracle EBS/OCI, IT/OT teams.
Support modernization initiatives involving Industry 4.0 capabilities.
Develop technical documentation and transfer knowledge to team.
