Qualifications

• Proficient MAXIMO troubleshooting.
• Ability to prioritize requests across departments, including expedite shipments.
• Strong leadership and collaborative problem-solving across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train and mentor.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train employees to use MAXIMO.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Finance, Requisitioners, Stores Clerks, and Accounts Payable to improve PM/MM workflow.
• Coordinate with Operations & Purchasing to order Chemical shipments.
• Prepare freight RTVs for shipment to vendors.
• Complete inventories daily, weekly, & monthly and reconcile as necessary.
• Support daily Operations in the Storeroom.
• Receive all chemical shipments (truck and rail) into MAXIMO.
• Receive shipping supplies and PM clothing into MAXIMO.
• Issue commodities to appropriate GLs as directed by the Comptroller at month end.
