Job summary

IntelliPro Cayce, SC is seeking a Material Specialist to support storeroom and inventory operations across multiple power generation facilities in South Carolina. The role emphasizes new item creation, data synchronization between Maximo and SAP, and SOX compliance.

You will collaborate with storeroom personnel, participate in inventory analysis and forecasting, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in material data management across sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus relevant work experience.
• 4-6 years of related experience in materials management, procurement, inventory control, or a similar field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to process information quickly and accurately.
