Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Serve as central contact for the team, tenants, and customer.
• Track and document work orders and PM schedules; ensure data accuracy.
• Process service requests; maintain records and generate reports.
• Monitor email inbox and toll-free line for requests.
• Manage inventory items; track warranties and usage.
• Inform customer of required maintenance to ensure uptime.
• Support CMMS operations, data mgmt and scheduling tasks.
