Job summary

Alamo Colleges District seeks a Facilities Management Systems Analyst to support and maintain the Facilities Management System (FMS) and other team-supported systems. The role acts as a technical point-of-contact, assists SMEs with data integrity, testing, and reporting, and analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Posting notes indicate a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 3+ years in CMMS/EAM or related tech fields, and preferred advanced Maximo/CMMS experience or project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant experience, education, and training that equates to the required degree.
• Three years of relevant experience in facilities management systems, CMMS/EAM administration, or a related technical field.
• Five years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management or facility management systems, including configuration, workflow design, and reporting.
• Experience in data manipulation, developing facilities/operations reports, and/or working in a higher education or public sector environment.
• One or more years of project management experience.
• Systems implementation experience, preferably Maximo or equivalent CMMS/EAM platform.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Description

Supports and maintains theFacilities Management System (FMS), in addition to other systems supported bythe Facilities team. Supports facility system upgrades, patches, testing,and other technical projects as assigned.

Reports to the District FacilitiesManagement Department.

• Bachelor'sdegree or a combination of relevant experience, education, and trainingthat equates to the required degree.
• Three yearsof relevant experience in facilities management systems, CMMS/EAMadministration, or a related technical field.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Five years ofrelevant experience.
• Experiencewith IBM Maximo Asset Management or facility management systems, includingconfiguration, workflow design, and reporting.

Licenses and Certifications:
