Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with IBM Maximo or similar Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and system support experience.
• Experience supporting business applications, user access, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliable performance of facilities systems/applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve related system and user issues.
• Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement financial systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability.
• Recommend new features or optimizations based on user feedback.
• Work with customers to diagnose day-to-day software issues.
• Administer and facilitate user access to systems.
• Provide application support for the Enterprise Asset Management system and related systems.
• Escalate unresolved tickets.
• Handle user access and role/ labor record maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability of applications.
• Provide guidance and training materials for users.
• Create and maintain knowledge base and job aids.
