Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. in Alexandria, VA is seeking a customer-focused CMMS support specialist to implement and manage user outreach for an IBM Maximo 9.X system.

The role combines training, stakeholder engagement, user support, scheduling, and requirements gathering for a government client. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with COTS or web-based apps, and the ability to lead user discussions with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of directly related experience preferred.
• Prior hands-on functional /testing knowledge with COTS and/or custom web-based application.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS User Outreach and Communications Plan.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and end users to gather feedback and document requirements.
• Develop and analyze user surveys to measure satisfaction and identify trends.
• Coordinate two annual User Town Hall meetings and prepare communications.
• Serve as liaison between STAC/STOC and CMMS Tier III team for inquiries, Work Orders, Change Requests, etc.
• Monitor production Splunk dashboards to identify access issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with functional testing, UAT, and documentation updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer engagement and user experience.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
