Job summary

Soft Tech Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated CMMS support professional to implement IBM Maximo 9.X and run the user outreach program for a government client in Alexandria, VA.

The role combines training, stakeholder engagement, user support, scheduling, and requirements gathering. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and experience with web-based applications.

Qualifications

• Degrees in related disciplines, or a degree in computer science are preferred.
• Three to five years of directly related experience is preferred.
• Hands-on functional/testing knowledge with COTS and/or custom web-based applications is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Can-do attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience using MS Office Suite including Jira and testing tools; US citizen with interim DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS User Outreach and Communications Plan aligned to annual goals.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders and end users to gather requirements.
• Develop, administer, and analyze user surveys to measure satisfaction.
• Coordinate two annual User Town Hall meetings and related communications.
• Disseminate user communications, outages, and release bulletins.
• Liaise between STAC/STOC and the CMMS Tier III team for inquiries and changes.
• Monitor Splunk dashboards to identify access issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist in functional testing, UAT, and documentation development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement and delivery.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Program Manager.
