Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Project Management leading IT system implementations.
• 3–5 years in enterprise software rollouts (ERP, CMMS, MES).
• Familiarity with CMMS systems, preferably IBM Maximo.
• Exposure to manufacturing/plant site operations and IT systems.
• Experience managing Agile or hybrid projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with tracking.
• Manage multiple site implementations for standard execution.
• Coordinate with site leads and vendors for project readiness.
• Conduct weekly meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and documentation.
