Job summary

Seaboard Energy is seeking a CMMS Specialist / Turnaround Planner to support CMMS execution, Maximo implementation, and major maintenance planning at the Hugoton site. The role emphasizes longer lead planning, system adoption, and readiness for major work events.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Development and Systems, the position focuses on improving maintenance workflow discipline, Maximo adoption, and large-scale maintenance execution across site operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, operations, engineering technology, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of Maximo experience in an industrial environment required.
• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, turnaround planning, shutdown coordination, maintenance systems support, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site-level CMMS specialist and primary functional support resource for Maximo users.
• Support Maximo implementation efforts in partnership with the third-party implementation team.
• Act as right-hand resource for Maximo rollout, adoption, field execution, and user support.
• Help ensure Maximo workflows are used properly across maintenance and operations.
• Troubleshoot user issues, workflow breakdowns, data quality issues, and process gaps within Maximo.
• Assist with user training, coaching, and reinforcement of CMMS best practices.
• Support development of SOPs, job aids, and standard work related to Maximo and maintenance workflow execution.
• Support planning and coordination activities for turnarounds, shutdowns, and major maintenance events.
