Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in Ohio seeking a Specialist II to administer the Maximo CMMS and support the calibration program at the West Chester facility. You will own asset master data, track calibrations, and drive improvements while ensuring cGMP alignment.

With limited supervision, you will train site users, manage documentation, and present KPIs and status updates in team meetings, contributing to reliable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience administering IBM Maximo or a comparable CMMS/EAM system.
• Experience with master data management and maintaining data integrity.
• Understanding of calibration and maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
• Experience in a cGMP or other regulated manufacturing environment, including change control and GDP.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present KPIs and findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to train and support users.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Maximo system as site SME, including all master data additions and changes.
• Plan, schedule, and track calibration of site instruments in Maximo, and report KPIs.
• Apply change control to technical documentation and ensure cGMP compliance.
• Deliver Maximo training materials and sessions for site users; serve as a point of contact for system issues.
