Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking a CMMS Specialist to own the day-to-day health of our IBM Maximo EAM platform on site in Texas. You will connect maintenance, operations, engineering, and IT, keeping the system running smoothly, cleaning asset data, and making proactive maintenance decisions.

You will administer Maximo, design workflows, govern data, and generate PM/MTBF reports. The role requires 2–5+ years of hands-on Maximo experience and strong SQL reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Evidence of 2–5+ years in Maximo Asset Management.
• Experience with administration, configuration, and data governance.
• Proficient in SQL reporting and Asset/Work Management fundamentals.
• Hands-on with Application Designer and Workflow configuration.
• Onsite work in the US and ability to coordinate with maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day health of IBM Maximo EAM platform.
• Manage user access, settings, and security groups.
• Design workflows and maintenance strategies in Maximo.
• Prepare regular CMMS reports (PM compliance, MTBF).
• Provide training and technical support to staff.
• Assist with system upgrades and patches via MIF.
