Job summary

IBM in Litiz, PA is seeking a Technofunctional Specialist for Equipment Maintenance within IBM Maximo ecosystems. You will convert maintenance procedures into executable PM tasks and manage Job Plans and PM records end-to-end.

The role requires configuring PM schedules, validating work order generation, and ensuring alignment with assets and hierarchies, while upholding HSE and data integrity. Onsite collaboration with planners, technicians, and reliability teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience converting procedures and OEM manuals into executable PM tasks.
• Ability to define task duration, labor, materials, and safety requirements.
• Experience validating PM schedules and Work Order generation.
• Familiarity with HSE compliance and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, restructure, and revise Maximo Job Plans and PM records.
• Define PM task details and completion criteria.
• Configure and validate PM schedules and Work Order parameters.
• Ensure alignment with assets, locations, and hierarchies.
• Collaborate with planners, technicians, engineers, and Maximo teams.
• Ensure no unsupported Maximo custom development is performed.
