Job summary

MaxAccelerate is seeking a Maximo AI EAM Specialist to lead MAS 9.1 AI deployments across global projects. You will integrate AI capabilities such as WatsonX and DataMax AI, work closely with clients to deploy predictive maintenance and asset health insights, and enable partners with AI readiness.

The role requires strong Maximo EAM knowledge, experience with MAS 9.1 features, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Maximo / MAS 8 / MAS 9
• Excellent understanding of Maximo EAM modules including Work Management, Assets, Job Plans, Preventive Maintenance, Locations, Inventory, Procurement
• Experience with MAS 9.1 features is a major advantage
• Experience with WatsonX AI, Cognos, and AI/ML-based recommendations or predictive insights

Responsibilities

• Lead or support MAS 9.1 AI Services deployment
• Configure AI features to align with customer business rules, asset structures and operating models
• Work with Cognos 12 and DataMax AI to build AI-driven dashboards and KPI reporting
• Transform customer processes by embedding AI into maintenance planning and work order lifecycle
• Train end-users, planners, engineers and executives on MAS 9.1 native AI features
