Job summary

Coalesce Management Consulting seeks a hands-on Maximo Admin / Coordinator to support a utility client. You will clear a backlog of work orders while handling new orders, ensuring accuracy of labor and materials data, and resolving common Maximo issues in a fully remote setting.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of Admin/Coordinator experience or 0-5 years at the Admin/Coordinator I level, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a remote team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review construction packets, work orders, labor hours, and material records for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile estimates against actual labor and materials, and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve common Maximo errors using established job aids and processes.
• Complete one-for-one audits and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
• Track outstanding items and coordinate with relevant teams to move orders toward completion.
• Provide practical Maximo support to team members when issues arise.
