Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Maximo Specialist/SME to support maintenance, supply chain, and design/engineering teams. You will develop PM task lists, integrate OEM manuals, and train front-end users to maximize Maximo effectiveness.

The role requires extensive Maximo experience, workflow development, SQL proficiency, and strong communication. Collaboration across departments will guide efficient system use and continuous improvement in maintenance services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working with Maximo.
• Experience with workflow development and management within the Maximo system.
• Familiarity with SQL statements and ability to create and process SQL code.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve maintenance processes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and provide training and support.
• Prior experience supporting a utility/energy provider.
