The role requires 8+ years of hands-on Maximo experience, strong SQL skills, and a history of delivering in hybrid settings with US/Canada/Mexico travel.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience including MAS configuration, customization, administration and support.
• Deep knowledge of EAM business processes and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong SQL skills to write, analyze, and troubleshoot complex queries.
• Experience leading techno-functional engagements and working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and support across the asset management lifecycle.
• Gather requirements, conduct workshops, and map business needs to Maximo capabilities.
• Develop functional and technical design documents aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and reliability within Maximo across lifecycle stages.
• Design and support integrations between Maximo and external systems.
• Provide effort estimates for enhancements, development, and support within scope.
• Guide testing, defect resolution, and production deployments.
• Offer MAS upgrade guidance and best practices.
