Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea, Maui seeks a Villa Concierge to connect villa guests with beaches, dining and cultural experiences. You will be an ambassador for exceptional service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

Hourly Rate: $29.38. You will coordinate guest requests, assist with check-in/check-out in the manager's absence, and maintain up-to-date information for guests, staff and partners, while upholding safety and aloha spirit.

Qualificações

• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Service oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and e-mail.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate guest requests and maintain accurate itineraries.
• Assist with villa check-in/check-out in manager's absence.
• Maintain up-to-date information with guests, staff and partners.
• Build relationships with Fairmont colleagues and local vendors.
• Manage time to complete tasks per shift requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety standards.
• Adhere to Hawaii food handling safety standards.
• Participate in monthly sales promotions.
• Provide aloha-spirit service to discerning guests.
• Know island activities, restaurants, and resort offerings.
