Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea, Maui, seeks a Villa Concierge to connect villa guests with top local experiences, beaches, and dining. You will reflect exceptional service, anticipate needs, and ensure guests feel valued throughout their stay.

The role offers an hourly rate of $29.38 and engagement with a luxury property within the Accor portfolio, emphasizing aloha spirit and guest-centric service.

Qualificações

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication.
• Must be service oriented and communicate effectively with all levels of authority.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail).
• Knowledge of Opera front office systems (Micros-Fidelio based) is required.
• Must multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate guest requests and track communications, bookings, and itineraries.
• Assist with villa guest check-in/check-out in the absence of the Villa Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date communication among guests, staff, and partners.
• Develop relationships with Fairmont properties and Maui hospitality providers.
• Manage time to complete tasks per shift requirements.
