Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection, located on the Kohala Coast, seeks a Front Office Associate to welcome guests and curate personalized experiences. The base salary is $28.98 hourly, with opportunities to grow in a luxury resort environment on the Island of Hawaii.

Responsibilities include guest communications, knowledge of hotel amenities, updating profiles, coordinating with departments, and ensuring safety and service standards are met.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• At least two years of front office or related discipline experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Opera & ALICE Suite are assets.
• High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• First Aid certification an asset.

Responsabilités

• Curate guest experiences and manage pre-arrival and on-property requests.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and island activities to guide guests.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and follow-ups with detailed logs.
• Update guest profiles and maintain relationships with preferred vendors.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
• Provide orientation of the hotel and outlets to guests.
• Customize experiences for individual guests.
• Adhere to departmental policies, safety standards, and communications protocols.
• Demonstrate organizational excellence and adaptability to business demands.
• Other duties as assigned.
