Job summary

Ferraro’s Server at Four Seasons Maui offers an opportunity to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury oceanfront resort. You will describe menu items with vivid details, take guest orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service in a dynamic hotel environment.

This full-time role requires at least two years in F&B, with the ability to balance a tray and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years food & beverage service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance
• ServSafe (within 3 months)

Responsibilities

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions and take orders.
• Coordinate orders to kitchen and ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Close guest checks, process payments and settle voided items as needed.
