Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Ferraro's Server to provide guest-focused service in our Food & Beverage division. You will describe menu items, communicate orders to the kitchen, coordinate timings, and ensure food quality by delivering orders accurately.

You will need at least two years in food & beverage, Hawaii Food Handler's Card, Tuberculosis clearance, and ServSafe within 3 months; full-time schedule includes evenings and weekends; competitive hourly rate with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years food & beverage service or related work.

Responsibilities

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions; communicate guest orders to the kitchen; coordinate food timings; transport items to the guest table.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond to concerns and requests.
• Close guest checks; process payments; settle voided checks or meals.
