Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Ferraro’s Server Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team. You will help servers by delivering food to guests, clearing tables, and maintaining elegant table setups in a luxury resort environment.

The role requires a minimum of one year in food service, the ability to balance a tray, and Hawaii Food Handler’s Card with TB clearance. Expect a full‑time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with generous employee benefits and learning

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with the serving of food and transport to guests.
• Breakdown, clean and set up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service and ensure they are polished.
