Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Komo Server Assistant to support food servers with serving, setup and clearing of china, glass and silver, and to attend to guest needs. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Komo Management Team.

Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application. What you will do includes retrieving food from the kitchen on a tray and transporting it to guests, breaking down and resetting tables, and

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card
• Tuberculosis Clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers with serving and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
• Retrieve food from kitchen on a tray and transport to guests.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, stock linen and glassware.
