Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Ferraro’s Host to greet guests, coordinate reservations, and respond to inquiries with courtesy and efficiency. You will support the Food & Beverage team and ensure service standards are met in a dynamic resort setting.

Applicants should have at least one year in food & beverage, working knowledge of restaurant operations, and proficiency with reservations systems. English communication and tuberculosis clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of food & beverage service or related work.
• Working knowledge of restaurant policies and operations.
• Ability to operate a reservations system and basic computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly at an appropriately set table.
• Review reservations, manage seating, and support server workload.
• Answer phones and provide information about the restaurant and hotel services.
