Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Ferraro’s Server Assistant to support the Food & Beverage team. You will help servers by delivering food to guests, clearing tables, and maintaining elegant table setups in a luxury resort environment.

The role requires a minimum of one year in food service, the ability to balance a tray, and Hawaii Food Handler’s Card with TB clearance. Expect a full‑time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with generous employee benefits and learning

Ferraro’s Server Assistant

Assist food servers with the serving of food, set‑up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service as well as attend to guest needs and requests. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Lobby Lounge Management Team.

What You Will Do

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Breakdown, clean and set‑up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.

What You Will Bring
