Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hotel front desk or bell services preferred.
• Ability to handle guest requests with courtesy and speed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assist guests with luggage, deliveries, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support: answer calls promptly and relay guest needs to bell staff.
• Verify guest details for deliveries: confirm room numbers and guest names in the system.
• Generate delivery lists for arrivals, bag pulls, and deliveries.
• Handle guest belongings with care: lift and transport luggage safely to storage or delivery areas.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly, including lost or damaged luggage.
