Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a friendly Welcome Agent to greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limo, escort them to the Front Desk, and coordinate bell desk activities. You will ensure VIP and club floor guests are recognized and assist with transportation arrangements while maintaining detailed records of deliveries and guest services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of luxury hotel experience with strong English communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of operating computer equipment is expected.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests arriving by car, taxi, or limo and escorts to the Front Desk.
• Maintains records of luggage deliveries, guest room deliveries, and amenity/wedding deliveries.
• Assists with retrieving valet tickets and coordinating bell desk activities.
