Job summary

Four Seasons Maui invites an In Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional room service and guest care. You will bring food to rooms, greet guests with detailed menu descriptions, and ensure accurate handoffs between kitchen and service staff.

The role requires at least one year in food service, strong customer skills, and the ability to carry a tray; Hawaii-specific certifications such as a Food Handler's Card and Maui Liquor Card are required, along with ServSafe within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to the guest in-room and check kitchen orders for accuracy.
• Greet guests and describe menu items with engaging, vivid details.
• Breakdown, clean and set up room service tables and related areas.
