Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Pool Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledge to guests by describing menu items and ensuring timely service. The role reports to the Pool & Beach Management Team within the A&G Division and requires valid work authorization in the United States at the time of application.

Responsibilities include taking guest orders, coordinating with the kitchen, maintaining table cleanliness, and proactively meeting guest needs such as seating, towels, water

Qualifications

• Minimum three months of employment in related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.

Responsibilities

• Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions; relay orders to the kitchen; coordinate timings and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Prepare and maintain table preparation and cleanliness and ensure guest needs are met.
• Anticipate guest needs, manage reservations information, set up poolside seating, provide towels and umbrellas, and respond to guest concerns promptly.
