Job summary

Four Seasons Maui invites an In Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional room service and guest care. You will bring food to rooms, greet guests with detailed menu descriptions, and ensure accurate handoffs between kitchen and service staff.

The role requires at least one year in food service, strong customer skills, and the ability to carry a tray; Hawaii-specific certifications such as a Food Handler's Card and Maui Liquor Card are required, along with ServSafe within 3 months.

In Room Dining Server

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the In Room Dining Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Deliver food orders including any special needs or requests to the guest in-room, check completed kitchen orders with the order taker or guest's original order; transport items to the guestroom in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality.
• Greet guests, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of the each item's, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.
