Job summary

Corsicana Mattress Company is seeking a Glue Bridge Operator to support mattress production. The role performs assembly, gluing, and finishing tasks to meet the production schedule, while following safety rules and quality standards.

The operator works in a fast-paced, team-based environment and is responsible for accurate paperwork and daily area clean-up. Experience in manufacturing is preferred; must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a non-climate controlled

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Understanding of quality standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mattresses per production schedule and specifications.
• Prepare glue station and maintain cleanliness; stock supplies.
• Assemble Foam Core or Foam Encased mattresses with correct components.
• Complete paperwork and production-related documentation accurately.
• Meet or exceed daily production and quality goals.
• Report mechanical or material issues to supervision.
• Work in a non-climate controlled environment and adhere to safety rules.
