Healthcare Glendale LLC, a premier mattress manufacturer in Litchfield Park, AZ, is seeking a Production Technician to support glue/packaging, CNC, foam recycling, and material control.

You will operate and maintain machinery, assemble products, and help meet daily production targets while keeping a clean, safe work environment. Training is provided, no prior experience required, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; training provided on site.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training available.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery is a plus; basic math and reading skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean workstation and production floor.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Report issues to supervisor on duty.
• Perform related tasks as assigned.
• Assemble products and parts per guidelines; apply adhesives and ensure bonding.
