Job summary

eBusiness Integrators, LLC is seeking an on-site Glue Line worker for mattress production. You will operate the Glue Line, apply adhesive precisely, and bond components to meet product specifications. Emphasis on quality, safety, and maintaining production pace across shifts.

Responsibilities include inspecting glue coverage, reporting issues, and adhering to SDS instructions while keeping the work area clean and compliant with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Glue line/adhesive application experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend work instructions, safety information, product specifications, and directions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the mattress Glue Line per procedures and work instructions.
• Apply adhesive to mattress components in correct amounts and locations.
• Assemble, position, align, and bond components during gluing.
• Ensure components are properly positioned and bonded before moving to the next stage.
• Inspect glue application and bonded components for coverage, adhesion, and workmanship.
• Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE; report issues or safety concerns promptly.
