Job summary

Corsicana Mattress Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex production and facility equipment in a production environment. You will follow safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems to support production goals and corporate values.

The role requires 4+ years in a similar role, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read diagrams and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose complex mechanical issues and perform repairs.
• Read manuals, schematics, and work orders to service equipment.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Install and maintain production machines and equipment.
• Support safety and quality initiatives and improvements.
• Coordinate special projects as directed by Plant Manager.
• Ensure completion of assignments to standards and reports defects.
