Job summary

Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is partnering with a premier national law firm to hire a Matter Mobility Specialist. You will oversee secure transfer of client files and data, manage matter-tracking, and supervise QC reviews to ensure only authorized records leave the firm.

You’ll coordinate e-discovery databases for large projects and collaborate with IT and outside vendors on complex transfers. You will also support records system upgrades, help write procedures, and train records staff

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, records and information governance, or litigation support.
• Experience with document management systems such as iManage or NetDocuments.
• Strong confidentiality and ethical-wall requirements in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Manage secure transfer of client files and data during matter movement.
• Own matter-tracking and perform quality-control reviews on outgoing files.
• Coordinate e-discovery review databases for large matters.
• Partner with IT and external vendors on complex data transfers.
• Support records-system upgrades and train records staff.
