Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in legal operations, records, or IT litigation support with emphasis on matter mobility.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate secure importing, exporting and migration of client files (digital and physical).
• Support matter mobility for lateral attorney transfers and data transfers.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders; maintain matter tracking spreadsheets.
