Responsibilities

• Support and train students on how to be successful in all subjects.
• Serve as the first line of support for student concerns, including assisting with coursework access and academic supports.
• Monitor students’ academic performance and engagement for caseload.
• Guide students in setting individual goals and improvement plans.
• Regularly call students and parents to discuss progress toward academic goals.
• Meet one-on-one with students to discuss growth toward goals.
• Maintain documentation of student performance on improvement plans and advise teachers and administration on next steps.
• Communicate regularly with faculty, parents, and students.
• Provide educational guidance and assistance for students.
