Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED AND a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment, OR an Associate degree.
• Experience: Experience with middle-school-aged children or tutoring mathematics is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of basic mathematics, clear communication skills, and comfort using instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Small Groups: Deliver targeted math instruction to Tier 2 and Tier 3 students in small groups.
• Reinforce Skills: Focus on ratios, fractions, and introductory algebraic thinking.
• Implement Curriculum: Use evidence-based math interventions and teacher-designed lessons.
