DC Scholars Public Charter School in Washington, DC is seeking a passionate Math Instructional Coach/Interventionist to raise student achievement through direct instruction and teacher coaching.

You will guide teachers in using the Eureka Math Squared curriculum, model lessons, provide feedback, supervise planning, and analyze data trends with the leadership team to ensure students meet grade level targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience coaching teachers and leading professional development.
• Strong knowledge of Common Core standards and math curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct math instruction and provide coaching to teachers.
• Coach teachers using coaching strategies including model lessons, feedback, and co-planning.
• Analyze student data and adjust instruction to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align curriculum and school initiatives.
