Job summary

Ingenuity Prep in Washington, DC is seeking a Math Intervention Teacher to accelerate student achievement and build strong mathematical foundations. You will deliver targeted, data-driven instruction in standards-aligned math using whole group and small group formats, creating a joyful, structured, and inclusive learning environment.

You will analyze daily data to adjust instruction and interventions, differentiate for diverse learners, and engage in ongoing coaching and professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher in any field; background in education preferred
• Master's degree in Education/Educational Leadership preferred
• Experience with math programs and assessments is desirable

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned math instruction in whole and small groups
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners' needs and ensure progress toward proficiency
• Analyze daily and weekly data to identify trends and target interventions
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support student growth and equity
