Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in education, with teaching, leadership, coaching, or program development.
Strong understanding of MTSS, data-informed instruction, and instructional data use.
Experience with urban schools and diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with district, school, and department leaders to tailor professional learning plans.
Engage in side-by-side coaching, model lessons, and support implementation of standards-based instruction.
Lead teachers in data analysis and use of student work to improve pedagogy.
Support school leaders in adapting frameworks and ensuring collaborative environments.
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and provide real-time feedback.
