Job summary

You will work on-site to support teachers through coaching, modeling lessons, and data-driven planning aimed at strengthening conceptual understanding and procedural fluency in mathematics. Ideal candidates bring MTSS experience, familiarity with data tools (MAP, i-Ready, Renaissance), and knowledge of high-quality curricula including Illustrative Mathematics and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of education experience across teaching, leadership, coaching or program development.
• Experience in urban schools and with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with MTSS systems and use of data to inform instruction.
• Experience designing or supporting instructional programming with high-quality curricula.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop customized professional learning plans.
• Conduct side-by-side coaching and lesson modeling to build standards-based practice.
• Lead teachers in reflective practices, data analysis, and examination of student work.
• Support school leaders in adapting frameworks and fostering collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with partners for effective communication and feedback.
