Job summary

Acceleration Academies Covington, KY is seeking a Math Content Coach to deliver competency-based math content for Graduation Candidates and guide them toward graduation and postsecondary success on-site at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy.

You will collaborate with a team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support, using data to drive instruction. A Bachelor's in Mathematics is required, with 2+ years of high school teaching; Ohio licensure options exist as pathways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field required; master's preferred.
• 2+ years of high school teaching experience.
• Experience with non-traditional or at-risk youth settings encouraged.
• Licensure pathways in Ohio may apply for transfer or alternative routes.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment through recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Develop Personalized Learning Plans for Graduation Candidates.
• Deliver math instruction to GC students on site at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy.
• Monitor attendance and progress; use formative/summative assessments.
• Collaborate with support teams to create learning pathways.
