Acceleration Academies' Cincinnati Acceleration Academy is seeking a MathContent Coach (Math Teacher) to serve as the primary instructional resource for Graduation Candidates, delivering competency-based content and guiding students toward graduation and post-secondary success.

This onsite role requires 2+ years of high school teaching, a math degree, and the ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics required; teaching license or licensure pathway for Ohio preferred.
• 2+ years of high school teaching experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver competency-based math content and personalize learning.
• Develop Personalized Learning Plans for Graduation Candidates.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and mastery using assessments.
• Collaborate with support teams to guide student pathways.
• Participate in professional development and school events.
