Acceleration Academies is seeking a MathContent Coach (Math Teacher) to serve Graduation Candidates at the Cincinnati Acceleration Academy onsite. You will deliver competency-based content, support personalized learning, and guide students toward graduation and post-secondary success.

Collaboration with a team ensures academic, social-emotional, and career-focused support. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 2+ years of high school teaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years teaching experience (high school preferred).
• Ohio licensure path options and transfers may apply.
• Experience with non-traditional/at-risk youth settings is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support GC enrollment through recruitment and engagement.
• Develop Personalized Learning Plans for Graduation Candidates.
• Provide ongoing academic and social-emotional support to students.
• Deliver competency-based instruction in math with data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with GC support team on pathways and incentives.
