Acceleration Academies is seeking a MathContent Coach (Math Teacher) to serve as the primary instructional resource for Graduation Candidates, delivering competency-based content and supporting personalized learning to guide students toward graduation and post-secondary success.

The onsite role at Cincinnati Acceleration Academy involves collaboration with a team to provide academic, social-emotional, and career-oriented support, with a focus on equity and student engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 2+ years of teaching experience (high school preferred).
• Strong communication, time management, instructional planning, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support GC enrollment and engagement.
• Develop Personal Learning Plans for GCs.
• Deliver competency-based math instruction to Graduation Candidates.
• Monitor progress and use data to inform instruction and improve outcomes.
• Provide remediation and enrichment to address gaps.
