You’ll deliver competency‑based math content, support personalized learning, and collaborate with a team to provide academic and social‑emotional support.

The role emphasizes hands‑on instruction in a high‑impact setting, with 2+ years teaching experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a state math license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ohio Adolescence to Young Adult (7-12) license in Integrated Mathematics preferred; alternative pathways considered with out‑of‑state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Support GC enrollment through recruitment and engagement efforts.
• Assist with development of Personalized Learning Plans for GCs.
• Advise GCs by maintaining communication with learners and their support team.
• Monitor attendance and academic progress to ensure engagement and achievement.
• Plan and deliver content-area instruction and monitor progress using assessments.
• Analyze data to inform instruction and provide remediation and enrichment.”
